The combination of two full-flavoured milks results in a product rich in protein and calcium. It is difficult to overestimate the role of these components in the bone and muscle-building process. Goat’s and sheep’s milk naturally contains a range of vitamins and micro- and macro-elements, which makes it easier for the body to digest.Compared to cow’s milk, goat’s and sheep’s milk contains less allergenic casein. It is also better absorbed by people with lactose intolerance due to its much lower content of this ingredient.
