Breakfast sandwich with roasted vegetables and goat cheese

Start your day with an exceptional breakfast from Goat Farm! Goat cheese successfully replaces traditional cream cheese
on a sandwich. Add your favorite ingredients and enjoy the unique taste.


  • – a few slices of Goat Farm natural goat cheese
  • – eggplant
  • – 1 small red onion
  • – peppers
  • – 2 slices of favorite bread
  • – green pesto

Method of preparation

Cut the aubergine – eggplant into slices, cut the peppers into thick slices, cut the red onion into thick slices as well.

Place the vegetables on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with olive oil and salt, place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes, let cool.

Blend a bunch of basil with olive oil and a pinch of salt for a pesto.

Spread two slices of good bread with pesto, place a slice of goat’s cheese on one, top with our roasted vegetables, cover with another slice of cheese and the other slice of bread. Cut in the middle and eat with relish.
