Like other dairy products, goat’s cheese is rich in nutritious protein and can be a distinctive tasting addition to a complete diet. Compared to cow’s milk, goat’s milk is much better tolerated by the human digestive system. This has to do with the presence of more short- and medium-chain fatty acids.
Ingredients: pasteurised goat's milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria cultures, microbial rennet. The rind of the cheese is inedible.
Allergens: milk and milk products (including lactose)
