Tart with smoked goat cheese and grapes!

Looking for an idea for a quick dinner or snack for a gathering with loved ones? Be sure to try the unique combination of the distinctive Goat Farm cheese with grapes!


  • – 1 package of Goat Farm smoked cheese
  • – 1 packet of puff pastry
  • – 2 small tomatoes
  • – 1 small bunch of grapes
  • – 2 tbsp olive oil
  • – 1 teaspoon honey
  • – 2-3 sprigs thyme
  • – 1/2 small red onion
  • – salt, pepper
  • – a dash of honey and a few walnuts for serving
  • – 1/2 a small egg

Method of preparation

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

Chop the onion as finely as possible and mix with the thyme leaves, oil and honey. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut a circle with a diameter of 24-25 cm from the puff pastry. Place the pie on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg and brush the centre with the olive oil and onion mixture. Place 3 slices of cheese on top and top with tomato slices. Place the tart in the preheated oven (top and bottom heat) and bake for 6 minutes.
Take the tart out and quickly spread the remaining 3 cheese slices on top. Sprinkle with grapes and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Serve immediately. You can top the tart with a little honey and sprinkle with nuts.
