Baked asparagus with goat cheese

Goat Farm tastes great with vegetables!
Try the idea of a delicious combination of crunchy asparagus with our flavorful Goat Farm goat cheese in a slice.


  • – a bunch of asparagus
  • – Goat Farm goat cheese wedge
  • – olive oil
  • – paprika flakes
  • – sea salt

Method of preparation

Wash the asparagus, cut off about 5 cm of the tips and place on a baking tray.

Brush with 50 ml of olive oil, sprinkle with a teaspoon of pepper flakes and sprinkle with sea salt.

Place the asparagus in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove, leave to rest for 10 minutes, sprinkle with grated goat’s cheese and serve.
