Pancake with the only goat&sheep cheese on the market

Looking for inspiration on how to spice up your favourite recipes? Find out how much flavour there is in the unique combination of wonderfully green spinach-based pancakes and velvety sliced Goat Farm cheese.


  • – a few slices of Goat Farm Goat&Sheep cheese
  • – 1 cup each of: milk and sparkling water
  • – 3 large eggs
  • – 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • – 80 g fresh baby spinach
  • – 1 tbsp rapeseed oil or melted butter
  • – pinch of salt

Preparation method

Pour the milk into a blender, add the fresh spinach and blend all until smooth green.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until you have a smooth pancake batter.

Set aside for 15 minutes and then fry it in a hot frying pan.

Top the cooled pancakes with Goat Farm cheese and wrap into a tasty roll.
